To achieve and maintain compliance with USP 797 in a Pharmacy including areas such the buffer area (clean room) ante room and prep room. Universal Safety Associates, Inc. has an established and proven procedure in place. Implementation includes USP 797 gap analysis, quality assurance planning and a compliance action plan.

In order to accomplish our goals we provide non-viable and viable testing of cleanrooms which includes validation consultation, environmental monitor testing and environmental plate incubation and analysis. At the conclusion of each project an Acceptance Criteria Summary Report and detailed Final Report Documentation is generated and presented to the customer.
